I was introduced to Lord Dorje Shugden’s practice by my Lama’s assistant in early 2002. She called us to her office one day, gave us five sheets of Dorje Shugden’s prayers and advised us to do his prayers, mantra and serkyem offerings everyday. She explained that he is a Dharma Protector, and told us that we should hold our commitment well and do prayers to him sincerely from our hearts. “Whenever you need him, he will be there for you,” she said. “He is very powerful and swift!”

The next year, we were called again by this assistant who told us that our Lama wished to meet up with both of us and another close friend of ours. The three of us met our Lama that evening and he surprised us by giving us a Dorje Shugden’s statue. It also happened to be my husband’s birthday that day. That was the first time we saw Lord Dorje Shugden’s image.

Our Lama told us, “Keep him close to you, and he will be with you and your family. You will be alright financially and spiritually.” I felt immediately that I liked him very much and that he was very handsome!

She had very strong faith and would talk and pray to Dorje Shugden everyday without fail, right after brushing her teeth. She also had a lot of faith in our Lama. When she passed away, it was without pain and very peacefully. My Lama told me then that Dorje Shugden had taken my mother for a good rebirth as a human, in a very pleasant place and in a healthy body, where she will continue to practice the Dharma. I was very pleased to hear that.

My wish is to spread Lord Dorje Shugden’s doctrine to the world. May everyone come to know and do his practice. He will save you.
